An expert in the system can give personal attention to each trainee and conduct one-to-one interaction that speaking over Skype or a phone call does not.
Staff Involvement
The hospital/clinic staff and personnel will play a major role in actually using the system in any clinical setting, and therefore it is necessary to include them in all the steps mentioned above.
